When you sign up at
they will ask what kind of menu do you prefer - low fat, organic, regular, etc...., its asks how many people you are feeding, and it asks what grocery store you do your shopping at. What is important about knowing the grocery store??? Emeals plans your meals according to that grocery stores sales ad for the week. If you clip coupons, you can add your coupons to items already on sale! We chose lowfat, family size 2-3, and Kroger. Our meals have been sooo yummy! There are some menus we look at and think this probably will not be very good....and every time we are pleasantly surprised how good our dinners are. One thing I forgot to mention when cooking for a small family like ours we used to have tons of left overs that ended up being thrown away....not with Emeals portions are right in line with family size! I have never spent over 35 minutes cooking a meal!Emeals new menu and grocery list comes out every Tuesday. Yesterday I printed the grocery list, looked through the list to see if there were items we already have at the house and marked them off the list and add any additional items we may need. Eric then takes the list and does the grocery shopping which he offers to do and he enjoys taking Grace with him (she drives the grocery car cart). We will see how long that lasts (taking Grace).
| Here is the grocery list after Eric has done the grocery shopping. The list is divided up how Kroger is laid out! |
